Refunds & Exchanges

• • All in-stock merchandise is final sale and may be exchanged only for another item.
• • All custom-made pieces and items with special engraving are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• • Engagement rings and wedding bands in standard Jangmi designs may be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ring Resizing

• • For orders placed on or after January 1, 2026, one complimentary resizing is included within approximately 90 days of pickup or shipment.
• • Any additional resizing, or size adjustments exceeding ¼ size, will incur a resizing fee ranging from $100 to $300, depending on the metal and complexity of the work. It takes about 5-8 business days to resize.

Pricing Policy

Jangmi makes every effort to ensure pricing and product details are accurate and up to date. However, prices may change due to market conditions or availability. In the event of an error, Jangmi reserves the right to correct the information and cancel any affected order. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Warranty Coverage

All fine jewelry purchases are covered against manufacturer defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty becomes void if the jewelry is altered or repaired by a third party.

Lifetime Complimentary Care

Jangmi proudly offers lifetime complimentary services to help maintain the beauty of your jewelry, including professional cleaning with ultrasonic machine, prong inspection and tightening, and complimentary fixing for diamonds under 0.10 carat.
