Yes. Every finished engagement ring or piece of jewelry valued at $2000 or higher will be accompanied by a full insurance evaluation.
We do not have a bank that we currently work with, however you can leave us a security deposit (half the cost of the diamond) and make smaller payments until you are ready for pick up.
Bank wires will receive a 1.5% discount at the time of check out, please arrange payment with our customer service team.
We are currently accepting Stripe, Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Bank Wire.
All of our jewelry is handcrafted using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipping. Our lifetime warranty offers free cleaning, free prong tightening, free resizing, and complimentary engraving.
For settings and wedding bands, Jangmi Jewelry will replace any lost pave diamonds for free.
Lifetime upgrade: Any round and oval cut diamond purchased from our store can qualify for an upgrade. Upon review, you will receive a credit up to the original purchase price, which can be used towards the next purchase. The diamond that is being upgraded must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original GIA certification and invoice. There will be no credit for the old setting.
To send us your ring, US customers may purchase a fully insured shipping label for $50. International customers will be subject to return shipping cost applicable to their order. We will ship your item back, free of charge
In a case where the size is one size up, there will be a service fee.
Jangmi Jewelry will not be liable for lost items during shipping.
Jangmi Jewelry will pay for shipping insurance along with your shipment. However, having the ring insured with a third-party insurance company before it arrives to your residence is your sole responsibility.

Yes, we can create a unique engagement ring just the way you like. Please contact our customer service team for serious inquiries only.
Maintenance, repair sizing or other service performed by someone other than Jangmi Jewelry will void your manufacturer warranty.
In any case where your ring is damaged, you will be solely responsible for the repairing cost. Ex: Working out, heavy lifting, dropping the ring, and physically crushing the band. Customers will be responsible for shipping and insurance.
Please report any damage with-in the 5 calendar days window time frame. We will gladly exchange or refund your order.
All rings that have been repaired will not return to its original condition. ** If you would like a new setting or band, it would have to be purchased again.
Jangmi Jewelry supports the Kimberley Process, which is an international process to track and certify diamonds. Kimberly Process is an international certification scheme the regulates trade in rough diamonds. KPCS helps protect legitimate trade in rough diamonds.

When not being worn, please store your jewelry in a soft pouch or ring box. Make sure the rings are separated so it will not be scratched or damaged.
Protect all jewelry from strong pressure and sharp blows.
Remove your jewelry when wearing cosmetics, hair spray, perfume, lotion and other substances that include chemicals which may cause buildup of grime, this will diminish the natural sparkle of the diamond.
Restore the beauty of our natural diamonds by using a small tooth brush and dish soap to clean the dirty areas of the ring. You can also use a clean soft damp cloth to restore the sparkle and shine.
All rings will have natural buildup of oil, please come into the store for a proper FREE cleaning.
We are a high paced jewelry store, many of our products such as diamonds sell quickly. Please call customer service for product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable, we will cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation.
If we send you a shipping confirmation, but the product is no longer available in our or our third party’s fulfillments inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty, if we are unable to ship the product due to unavailability.
If you are interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we will tell you once the item comes back in stock.
We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.
If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
If the order has been shipped, you can either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices.
