I never once felt rushed or "sold." They encouraged me to look around at other jewelers. They did so because their diamonds are immaculate. I went to see them 4 or 5 times before finding "the one" and they always remembered my name and greeted me with a genuine smile. I can say they steered me right. The ring is gorgeous, my fiancé said yes, and she pops in every couple of weeks to get the ring steamed. In a moment and event where it means so much and costs just as much, I felt fortunate to find a loving couple with so much industry knowledge and experience that cared about what was best for me. I highly recommend anyone to check them out.

Staffs in Jangmi were very helpful in providing great suggestions and explanations while being very approachable. We had a great time choosing an engagement ring and a wedding band which are both unique in style and quality. Visiting the notorious "Diamond District" can be very intimidating when you are shopping around for the right diamond. Once you step into Jangmi, you are immediately put at ease. Mr and Mrs Kim are amazing at what they do. They were never pushy and always took great lengths to service myself and my fiancé. It is a family owned business with an amazing inventory of diamonds that sparkle like none other. The staff worked together with us to pick the perfect stone for our budget.
